The Rational Optimist and education

All the pessimism about the world got me to order The Rational Optimist on Amazaon and read it on my iPad. I am glad it. Matt Ridely describes how the free exchange of ideas has let to more and more innovation, and better world today than ever in the past. And the best is yet to come. The only things are more expensive today than 50 years ago, are education and health. Helath I can understand, but in education, we are getting poorer outcomes today than a generation ago. It is time to change this.
